  • Q1What is WORKERS BOARD?

    A WORKERS BOARD is a members-only website that provides information to ensure that people working in buildings managed by Mori Building enjoy their office life.

  • Q3What is HILLS ID?

    A “HILLS ID” is designed to allow integrated use of town facilities and services. You can register any e-mail address as a HILLS ID. By linking your WORKERS BOARD member information to your HILLS ID, WORKERS BOARD services can be used via the HILLS ID.
  • Q4What is the HILLS APP? What kind of services are available via the HILLS APP?

    A “HILLS APP” is a dedicated smartphone app that can be used on iOS and Android to facilitate use of the town facilities and services. Using the HILLS APP, one can present the Benefit Mark (HB Mark) to receive benefit services at applicable stores, and to use content for office workers. In addition, whereas previously the HILLS CARD always needed to be presented to save Hills Points, from now on, points saved using the HILLS APP can be used directly from the app in 100-yen units, along with various services and benefits.

  • Q5How is a HILLS ID registered?

    ARegistration can be done via the HILLS ID login screen displayed after the “Member Login / Sign Up” screen on this website. Please check the User Guide for details.
  • Q6What is the difference between using the HILLS ID and the WORKERS BOARD login ID?

    A

    From March 23, only the HILLS ID can be used to log into WORKERS BOARD, and the current login ID to WORKERS BOARD will no longer be valid.
    The existing login ID for WORKERS BOARD will be integrated into the HILLS ID by linking it to the HILLS ID you registered, so you no longer need to use both.

    Please note that your workplace information including work e-mail address needs to be registered with WORKERS BOARD continuously to confirm that you work in the relevant office building.
    *Any e-mail address can be registered as your HILLS ID.

  • Q7I don’t know how to link the WORKERS BOARD’s membership information to the HILLS ID.

  • Q8Does WORKERS BOARD membership have an expiry date? If so, when is it, and how can I renew it?

    A WORKERS BOARD expires at the end of July every year, at which point you will need to update your membership. An update reminder will be sent to you when the time comes.
  • Q9How does one present the Benefit Mark (HB Mark) at applicable stores for benefit services?

    A

    You can show the Benefit Mark (HB Mark) in the app by linking your WORKERS BOARD membership and HILLS ID, and downloading the HILLS APP. Please check here for details.

  • Q10I don’t know my login ID for WORKERS BOARD.

    A

    For those who have not yet linked it to their HILLS ID: It is the login ID (work e-mail address) for WORKERS BOARD.

    For those who have linked it to their HILLS ID: It is the HILLS ID (whatever e-mail address was specified).

  • Q11Recommended browser

    A We recommend using either the Google Chrome or Safari browser to access our website. You may not be able to use the website or it may not be displayed correctly if you are using an operating environment other than the recommended operating environment or depending on your browser settings even if you are using the recommended operating environment.
    Some software installed on your computer may prevent the website from working properly.
    *In any case, please use the latest browser version.
  • Q12The exclusive “OFFICE LIFE NEWS” e-mail magazine for Mori Building office workers has not been delivered.

    A
    1. Please check your Newsletter Setting on My Account, and confirm that “Receive” has been selected.
    2. If the e-mail magazine is not received even though “Receive” has been selected, you may have set domain-specific reception, or the e-mail may be in your junk folder. The “OFFICE LIFE NEWS” e-mail magazine is delivered from officelife@mori.co.jp, so please permit e-mail receipt from the “mori.co.jp” account.
    3. If it is not received even when no specific domain is restricted, your e-mail address may have been wrongly registered. Please carefully check the e-mail address registered on My Account.
    Delivery of the e-mail magazine may take about a week. We appreciate your understanding.
    *We have found that even though the correct e-mail address has been registered, the e-mail magazine may not be delivered depending on the security setting at some companies, or for e-mail addresses using the domains “@mac.com, @me.com, or @icloud.com”. Please re-register a different e-mail address if it is not been delivered a week after registration.
    Information posted in the latest e-mail magazine “OFFICE LIFE NEWS” can also be viewed from Topics on the WORKERS BOARD.
  • Q13What kind of personal information is obtained when using HILLS ID and HILLS APP, and how is it managed?
